The Caleb Fund logo is rooted in the biblical story of Caleb entering the Promised Land and returning with a cluster of grapes so abundant it had to be carried by two men on a pole (Numbers 13:23). Throughout Scripture, grapes symbolize promise, provision, hope, and the fruit of faithfully trusting in God’s promises.
At the center of the mark is a single grape representing the at-risk child, the vulnerable life placed at the center of our mission and the reason The Caleb Fund exists.
Surrounding that child are seven supporting grapes (7 with a Biblical meaning of completeness and spiritual fulfillment) representing a community of protectors who surround vulnerable children with care, support, advocacy, resources, and restoration. Together, they form a protective structure around the child, reflecting the power of compassionate action and shared responsibility.
Above the cluster is a subtle plus sign, a cross, representing rescue, intervention, healing, hope and the Father’s love extended. Inspired by this universally recognized symbol of aid and care, the plus sign reflects The Caleb Fund’s commitment to protecting and restoring children through meaningful action and support within our purchased redemption on the cross.
The bold font also represents bold faith and the needed intercessory prayer to tear down the spiritual strongholds which often place children in situations of violence and violation.
Collectively, the symbolism of our mark reflects a mission of protection, restoration, provision, and hope; bringing people together to help vulnerable children move toward their God intended purpose and destiny!
