Children are among God’s most precious gifts to us. They are close to the heart of the Father. “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 19:14). “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 18:3). “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him . . . blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them (Ps. 127: 3,5).
Because of His special love for children, the temporal enemy of God and humankind – Satan, has made their corruption and destruction a high priority. Globally, there are 2.4 billion children under the age of 18, and in every country, many are “at-risk” - victims of poverty, abandonment, violence and violation. We, who love and serve God, have the awesome responsibility to provide care, sustenance and protection by bringing light into many dark places. Today, more than ever, we must be actively aware, constant in prayer and initiate solutions boldly.
Children become vulnerable for many reasons outside of their control. These are twelve categories that The Caleb Fund especially focuses on:
THE TRAFFICKED — forced against their will into hard labor, sexual exploitation, porn
or pedophilia networks, organ harvesting and other forms of evil
THE PERSECUTED — restricted, injured or killed by communist, Islamic jihadist
radical humanists or any authorities, hostile to Judeo-Christian values
THE INDOCTRINATED – taught anti-God, Marxist-based critical theory, gender
perversion, hate their country and more – especially in our public schools
THE CONCEIVED – a gestating child is alive with a spirit/soul from conception and
face the peril of being aborted
THE ORPHAN — left alone by the death or abandonment of their parent(s)
THE REFUGEE (or IDP)—forced to flee their home, region or country arriving in
dangerous circumstances, living in increased vulnerability
THE ENTICED — gamers and internet surfers, spiritually lost in the metaverse for
untold hours daily; predators traverse these digital platforms constantly
THE TRAPPED — those suffering from physical / emotional abuse, gang or cartel
members, all types of spiritual bondage, coerced / gender dysphoria and surgically
mutated before their maturity
THE RESOURCED – children of loving, economically sufficient parent(s) with a
terminal illness or acute medical or psychological condition, addictions, all types
of digital shaming, and more
THE POOR — with loving parent(s) doing their best, but are underemployed or
homeless, living in a car, or born into multigenerational poverty, held down by
unjust, oppressive societies, and other reasons outside of their control
THE CHOSEN – The ethne or people of the lineage of Abraham, David, Jesus – in
Israel and throughout the diaspora; Satan is the ultimate origin for rampant, global
antisemitism
THE APPRENTICE – children of destiny, in every country and territory on earth who are
eager, bright and need opportunity for education, vocational training and
spiritually guidance to thrive

Our Mission
The Caleb Fund exists to rescue and restore exploited children and improve the lives of all children at risk, protecting their dignity, reclaiming their God-given identity and securing a path to a successful life.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all children, especially those who are vulnerable and at-risk, are safe, restored, and filled with hope for the future.
Our tools of engagement
We connect need with resource through Prayer, People and Provision AND . . .
We maintain many relationships with “vetted” organizations working in specific areas of service focused on children. We are especially supportive of smaller or mid-sized organizations who struggle with the demands of fund development. We also support “vetted” individuals who do not retain an organizational affiliation, but have a calling or assignment to serve in a short-term capacity with an established project or program.
